Daily Recordkeeping

 

Recordkeeping services are provided in conjunction with the daily valuation of participants' accounts. We utilize recordkeeping software specifically developed for the Defined Contribution industry. It allows for accurate and timely processing of participant transactions.

Participants may access their accounts through a Voice Response Unit and are able to obtain basic information on their accounts and complete transactions associated with their fund allocation.

A Website is available for participants to obtain detailed information on their accounts, complete transactions associated with their fund allocation, view educational material related to retirement plans such as theirs, view performance information on the fund options and much more.
